Reservations and cancellation policies:

1. Reservations are guaranteed with a credit card. Alternatively, a cash deposit (personal check or money order) in the amount of one night's room rate plus tax, received within 5 days from the date the reservation was made.

2. We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

3. We accept Travelers checks or cash payment. We require a $75.00 cash deposit or a valid credit card number to insure against damages, cleaning charges or violations of smoking or pet policies. The cash deposit will be refunded following check-out if no violations or damages have occurred.

4. Once the reservation is guaranteed, if the reservation is cancelled there will be a cancellation fee of: 1)one night's room rate plus tax for each cabin cancelled, if the cancellation occurs within 7 days of the date of arrival (60 days for family reunions). 2)$10.00 for each cabin cancelled, if the cancellation occurs earlier than 7 days from the date of arrival.

5. Following arrival, if the reservation is for multiple days and one or more days of the original reservation are cancelled, the cancellation fee is one night's room rate plus tax for each room cancelled.

6. If the reservation is made within one week (7 days) of the date of arrival and the reservation is cancelled or the guest does not show up, the cancellation fee is one night's room rate plus tax for each room.

Smoking policy:

1. From Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, all our rooms are designated as non-smoking and guests are required to smoke outside on the grounds. Several cabins are designated as smoking units during the winter.

2. If guests smoke in any room during the summer months, or in a designated non-smoking area in the winter, an automatic $75.00 cleaning fee will be charged to their credit card or guests who paid cash for their room will forfeit the $75.00 cash deposit.

Pet policy:

1. Several units have been designated as pet-friendly, please ask when making the reservation.

2. An automatic $75.00 fee will be charged to credit cards or guests who paid cash for their room will forfeit the $75.00 deposit if: a) damages occur in pet friendly unit or b) pets are present in a unit that has not been designated as pet-friendly.

We guarantee check-in at 2:00 pm. Check with our front desk if you require the room earlier. Check-out is at 10:30 am.
